Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the order.
- Approved issues may qualify for:
- A replacement arrangement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund depending on the situation
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, carrier interruptions, or recipient unavailability.
- Custom event designs, luxury installations, and special orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- Cancellations must be requested before the preparation or design process begins.
- Flower substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal or market availability, while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement.
