Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the order.
Approved issues may qualify for:

Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, carrier interruptions, or recipient unavailability.
Custom event designs, luxury installations, and special orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Cancellations must be requested before the preparation or design process begins.
