1. General Information

Maguee Signature Collection provides luxury floral arrangements, gift boxes, and related decorative products. All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and natural differences in flowers.


2. Orders

  • All orders must be placed through our official channels.
  • Orders are only confirmed once full or partial payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept approved payment methods only (cash, card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms).
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
  • Customers must provide correct delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.


5. Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are fresh and custom-made, all sales are generally final.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof)
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Failure to deliver due to our error

No refunds are provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Natural flower variation


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After production has started, cancellations are not allowed.


7. Custom Orders

  • Custom designs require full or partial prepayment.
  • Design changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.


8. Liability

Maguee Signature Collection is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to flowers or materials
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • Improper handling after delivery


9. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, and designs created by Maguee Signature Collection are protected and may not be copied or used without permission.
